Chris Hughes

Chris studied a Bachelor of Health Science, Nutrition and Dietetics at the Queensland University of Technology. He also holds qualifications in Diabetes Education and Sports Nutrition. Chris’ goal is to improve nutrition and the health of clients through sustainable lifestyle changes. Fun fact about Chris is that he is the author of ‘The Tweaking Diet’ and is a passionate rugby league fan.

Leah Thorne

Leah has completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Queensland University of Technology.  Her goal is to assist clients with achieving their health targets by using her expert knowledge in nutrition. Leah is also a gym-goer, keen cook and motivator.  Fun fact about Leah is that she has a cavoodle puppy named Macie.

Yvette Morris

Yvette completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle. Her goal is to support vulnerable individuals make healthy, sustainable change to their nutrition status to increase feelings of well-being and enhance quality of life. Yvette loves to take long hikes and bike rides. Fun fact about Yvette is she collects food paraphernalia.

D’Arcy Parrotta

D’Arcy completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University. Her goal is to assist clients to meet their health goal through a science-based, food-first approach. D’Arcy also enjoys cooking, coffee, and live music. Fun fact about D’Arcy is that she’s a keen bird watcher.

Caitlyn Emery

Caitlyn completed a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance with Tafe Queensland. Her enjoyment for work stems from the family-based environment CQ Nutrition fosters, as well as watching clients achieve their health goals. She enjoys a weekend out with friends and would never say no to a cheeky beverage. Caitlyn also loves to run and is a passionate swimmer. Fun fact about Caitlyn is that she was a top ten national level swimmer.
